Blaze Credit Union is proud to support eligible Minnesota non-profit organizations in their work to improve lives.

Please use this form to submit your request for your non-profit, including:

• Program and Event Sponsorships
• Financial or In-Kind Donations
• Other community related giving

Due to request volume, we ask that donation requests are submitted a minimum of three weeks before your event date. Please understand that as much as we would like to, we are unable to fulfill every request that we receive.

Please note that we are unable to provide monetary donations to the following: school extracurricular activities like sports, clubs, and booster programs; post-prom or post-grad parties; and school carnivals. However we would be happy to provide in-kind donations to these events and organizations that can be used in auctions, raffles, or prize giveaways.
